I'm Bruce Luo. I'm based in Vancouver, Canada.我是 Bruce Luo，常驻加拿大温哥华。
My family has worked in China's healthcare sector for many years. What people ask before they decide大家在决定之前最常问的
Do I need to speak Chinese?不会说中文可以吗？
No. Our companions speak English and other languages, and they go with you to the hospital when you choose outpatient companion or surgery support. The hospitals I work with also have English-speaking staff or interpreters you can book in advance.可以。我们的陪诊人员会说英语等多种语言；选择门诊陪诊或手术全程服务时，他们会陪你去医院。我对接的医院也有会说英语的工作人员，或者可以提前预约翻译。
How quickly can I be seen?多快能看上？
It depends on the hospital and the treatment. Hospitals I have spoken with book check-ups about a day ahead and outpatient visits about a week ahead. Surgery dates are set by the hospital after it reviews your records.取决于医院和项目。我沟通过的医院，体检约提前1天、门诊约提前1周就能约上。手术日期由医院看过病历后安排。
Will my health plan or insurance pay?医保或保险能报销吗？
Public health plans usually don't pay for planned treatment abroad. Some private and international insurance does. Please check with your plan and insurer before you travel.公共医保通常不报销出国的计划性治疗，部分私人保险和国际保险可以。出发前请向你的医保和保险公司确认。
How do I pay the hospital?医疗费怎么付？
Directly to the hospital, at its published rates, by card or insurance where accepted. I never collect or hold hospital fees.直接付给医院，按医院公开的价格，可以用医院接受的信用卡或保险。我从不代收医疗费。
Are you a doctor?你是医生吗？
No. I coordinate appointments, records, travel and support. I don't give medical advice. Your treatment is decided by you and your doctors.不是。我协调预约、病历、行程和陪同，不提供医疗建议。治疗由你和医生决定。
What happens after I get home?回国以后怎么办？
You leave with your records, and I organize them for your family doctor. Translations I prepare are for reference; official documents come from the hospital. A follow-up call is included when I coordinate your visit.你会带着病历回来，我帮你整理好交给家庭医生。我准备的翻译是参考译本，正式文件以医院出具的为准。由我协调就诊的，都包含一次随访。
